Sam
Head of Business & Operations
Sam has worked at Kspace since 2010.
When she was younger she wanted to be a lawyer or marine biologist, but decided property was her forte.
Outside work she is a Mum of two young energetic kids with a penchant for property (spends hours trolling through Rightmove), Cremant and dreaming of one day buying her own chateau in France (along with the ski chalet in Canada!). Favourite tv program is Escape To The Chateau.
Weekends are spent drinking copious amounts of tea and she is usually found indulging in DIY (always a new home project), baking, crafting, stomping around the Peak District or visiting another farm, park or playground with the kids. Finally she has an acute (slightly irrational) fear of clowns! So you will not find her at a circus.
Emma
Business Development & Client Relationship Manager
Emma started working at Kspace in 2013, as a child she wanted to be a pop star however, her voice wasn’t quite in tune.
Outside of work she loves nothing more than working out, going on holidays and is a skincare obsessive.
Drew
Compliance & Operations Manager
Drew was born and raised in the West Midlands and moved to Sheffield for university.
He started working for Kspace not long after completing his degree and has been with us ever since.
Drew has worked in a number of roles during his time with the company and is now managing the operations side of the business alongside Ben.
Much like Emma, he spends his evenings in the gym and weekends either shopping/socialising or exploring the Peak District.
Penny
Operations & Housekeeping Manager Leeds
Penny has been with Kspace since 2009, she has lived in Leeds all her life, so is your go to person for any information about Leeds. She also owns her own cleaning company who work in our Leeds apartments.
In her spare time Penny enjoys socialising in local pubs and restaurants, jogging and shopping.
Mark
Assistant Reservation Manager
Mark is originally from Bristol. He moved to Rotherham in 2017 and has been part of the KSpace family ever since.
He has his own family, which includes 2 young boys, and exploring all the wonders Yorkshire has to offer. He is a seasoned football fan and enjoys running, swimming and cycling.
Fun Fact….The first time He ran the Bristol Half marathon was when he turned 30. He must have liked it because he did it again the following year. Technically that’s a full marathon!
Ben
Marketing & Guest Service Manager
Ben has worked at Kspace since 2018, He is originally from The Wirral but moved to Sheffield for university, he loved the city that much he decided to stay.
Outside of work Ben enjoys taking his dog Finn around the great places Sheffield and the surround areas has to offer.
